Residency Guidelines & Stay Policy
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- Room allotment is finalized only upon 100% advance payment.
- Valid ID (Aadhar/Passport) and Institution ID are mandatory for move-in.
- To ensure a peaceful environment, visitors and loud activities are restricted after 10:00 PM.

We have an in-house laundry area with washing machines, plus
tie-ups for professional dry cleaning services.
What happens during power cuts or internet outages?
We provide 24/7 power backup to ensure your study or work
sessions are never interrupted. Additionally, we have
high-speed fiber internet with multiple nodes to maintain a
seamless connection throughout the building.
